미친 영감 지미 카터

北傀의 연평도 학살로 한국과 미국이 설설 끓는데, 저 눔의 영감태기가 웬지 조용하다 했더니, 아니나 다를까, 헛똑똑이 지미 카터가 11월 24일, 워싱턴 포스트 紙에 논설을 실었다.

Pyongyang has sent a consistent message that during direct talks with the United States, it is ready to conclude an agreement to end its nuclear programs, put them all under IAEA inspection and conclude a permanent peace treaty to replace the "temporary" cease-fire of 1953. We should consider responding to this offer. The unfortunate alternative is for North Koreans to take whatever actions they consider necessary to defend themselves from what they claim to fear most: a military attack supported by the United States, along with efforts to change the political regime.

간단히 말해서, 북한은 미국과 평화조약만 맺으면 핵무기를 포기하고 핵사찰을 받겠다고 하는데, 미국은 왜 김정일을 무시하고 주먹만 휘두르냐는 개소리다. 이게 미국 前 대통령이란 영감태기가 하는 말이다. 자유민주주의 북한인권 투사 클로디아 로제트 여사의 블로그에서 이 논설을 읽고 너무 화가 나서 필자도 다음과 같은 댓글을 달았다:

지미 카터같은 거짓말쟁이 사깃꾼이 한국에도 있었는데, 지금은 죽어서 없어진 김대중이란 사깃꾼이었다. 지미 카터와 김대중은 닮은 점이 너무나도 많다: 둘은, 믿기 어려운 사실이지만, 민주적 선거를 통하여 자기 나라 대통령이 되었고, 둘 다 자신이 대통령을 하고있을 때나 대통령을 그만둔 이후에도 자기 나라를 배신하고 자기 나라의 잔등에 칼을 꼽아서 노벨평화상을 받았다. 둘 다 평생 인권, 인권 떠버리면서, 실제로 한 일은 인권을 짓밟는 독재자들과 공조하면서, 자기 나라가 어떻게 되든, 독재자들 밑에서 죽지못해 사는 주민들이 어떻게 되든, 아무 상관이 없는 사깃꾼들이었다. 한 가지 다른 점이 있다면, 김대중은 죽어서 이제는 조용한데, 지미 카터는 아직도 살아서 계속 개소리를 짖어대고 있다.

김대중은 지금 분명히 지옥에 가있을 것이다. 지미 카터는 애비 독재자 김일성을 평양에 가서 끌어안았을 때, 새끼 독재자 김정일을 끼어안았을 때, 평양에 그냥 주저앉아 있어야 했다. 지미 카터도 분명 곧 지옥에 갈텐데, 지옥에 가면 김일성이나 김대중같은 친구들이 있어서 외롭지는 않을 것이다. 내가 너무 하다고? 지미 카터가 1994년 평양을 다녀온 후, 붕괴되려던 북한이 다시 살아났다. 북한에서는 1995년과 1998년 사이, 300만 이상의 백성들이 전쟁도 아닌 평화시에 굶어죽었다. 지미 카터는 그렇게 죽은 북한주민들의 피바다 속에서 溺死할 수밖에 없는 사깃꾼 영감태기다.

The equivalent of Jimmy Carter the Big Liar in South Korea was the former South Korean president, now dead, Kim Dae-jung. They had a lot in common: They were both, incredibly, elected presidents of their country, they won the Nobel Peace Award by cheating and back-stabbing their own country while in the office and out of the office, they both claimed or believed they were human rights advocates while supporting the despots in the world who did not even know what human rights meant, and they both did not give a damn what happened to their own country or the people under the tyrants. The only difference is that Kim Dae-jung is dead and quiet now while Jimmy Carter is still talking and lying.

Kim Dae-jung is now in hell for sure. Jimmy Carter should have stayed in Pyongyang when he went to hug the father-dictator Kim Il-sung or the son-dictator Kim Jong-il. When Jimmy Carter goes to hell, which I am very sure of, he will join his buddies like Kim Il-sung and Kim Dae-jung. Am I too harsh? Millions of people died in North Korea since 1994, when Jimmy Carter saved the NK regime from total collapse. Between 1995 and 1998, more than three million people died of peacetime starvation in North Korea. Jimmy Carter will drown in the blood of all those starved and perished in North Korea.
