오늘 뉴스에 대한민국 국가인권위원회란 개들이 모여서 남북정상회담에서 놈현이 북한인권을 거론하지 않아도 된다는 결의를 했다는 소식이 떴다. 국가인권위원회는 이름을 인권위원회가 아니라 개(犬)들의 모임이라고 고쳐야 한다. 남북정상회담이란 이름도 바꿔야 한다. 어떻게 개정일이 頂上이고 놈현이 正常인가? 두 미친 개가 모여서 프랑스 産 꼬냑을 즐기며 개소리로 시종일관 할 터이니, 頂上회담이 아니라 非正常 회담이요, 미친 개들의 만남이라고 부르는 게 맞겠다.

욕을 퍼붓지만 속에서는 피눈물이 흐른다. 어쩌다 여기까지 왔는가? 북한동포들은 10년 전에는 가뭄에 허기져 3백만 명이 죽고, 수용소에 갇혀서 죽더니, 금년에는 물난리 산사태 때문에 또 몰죽음을 한다. 국제식량기구 WFP 긴급구호 요청서를 읽어보니, 북한에 당장 5백만 불 가깝게 퍼줘야 한단다. 11월 7일까지는 백만 명 가까운 이재민들에게 5백만 불어치 밀과 콩과 설탕, 야채기름을 보내줘야 한단다.

돈이나 식량을 보내면 똥배 김정일만 더 배불리는 것이고, 보내지 말라고 주장하자니 굶어죽는 북한동포들을 어쩌랴! 개자식 김정일에게는 매일 매끼 산해진미가 진상된다. 김정일이 먹는 쌀은 기쁨조들이 모여서 한 톨 한 톨 검사하고 비교해서 가지런 하고 똑 같아야 한다고 한다. 김정일이 스위스 비밀계좌에 몇 십억 불을 꿍쳐두고 있다는 것은 세상이 다 아는 사실이다. 김정일이 이렇게 쳐죽일 놈이다.

Due to a general food shortage and severe economic problems WFP has been assisting
1.9 million beneficiaries in DPRK through disaster relief, maternal health care programmes,school feeding operations and food for community development schemes under PRRO 10488.0.

Operational Priorities – as at 27 August 2007 10

The new EMOP for assistance for flood victims will support an additional 215,000 beneficiaries.

WFP has been present in DPRK since 1995.
- Following extremely heavy rains between 5 and 17 August 2007, many parts of the country have suffered from severe flooding. Tens of thousands of dwelling houses were partially or totally destroyed, hundreds of people are dead or missing, infrastructure has suffered severe damage and large areas of farmland have been submerged.

Over 960,000 persons have been affected by the floods, including some 437,000 persons (109,200 households) in 92 counties who have been directly affected by loss of homes and livelihoods. Over 220,000 hectares of crop land has been damaged.

On 21 August, the DPRK authorities officially requested WFP to provide immediate food assistance to up to 215,000 people in 37 flood-affected counties for three months.
To cover these needs, a WFP EMOP valued at US$4.7 million to cover these needs with 9,675 mt of food (cereals, soya beans, vegetable oil and sugar) for a three-month period was approved on 29 August 2007.

WFP is providing assistance to 25 counties at present. The EMOP will increase the coverage to 55 counties.

세계 어디를 보나 북한같은 생지옥은 없다. 사람 사는 세상이 아니라 야차들이 춤추며 사람들을 죽이는 세상이다. 그런데 깡패 놈현은 내달 초면 똥배 김정일을 평양에서 만나러 가고 배고픈 북한동포들은 우리 똥배 장군님 만세를 불러야 한다. 놈현에게 북한인권을 따지라고 부탁을 해? 차라리 옆에 기어가는 살모사들에게 나좀 물지 말아 달라고 부탁하는 것이 훨씬 낫다.

내일부터 북한인권국제연대의 문국한 대표와 자유청년연대의 최용호 대표가 통일부 앞에서 [북한인권돠 민주화 사진전]을 시작한다. 10월 말까지 50일간 사진전을 연다. 대한민국 국민들에게 부탁드린다. 북한이 정말 얼마나 지독한가, 이 사진전을 좀 보시라고! 정말 부탁이다.
