Governor Kim Moon-Soo said:

Gov. Kim Moon-Soo is my hero in South Korea. I met the Governor for the first time on Feb. 21, 2003, in Seoul, when he was a National Assemblyman, through my friend, Mr. Moon Kook-Han, who is another hero of mine in South Korea. Gov. Kim has been out at the front since then on the North Korean human rights issue. He introduced five legislations on NK human rights issue when he was at the National Assembly, but only one legislation (POW Act) passed. The majority Uri Party blocked all the other legislations. I begin today my column titled, "Governor Kim Moon-Soo said."

"North Korea is back at the 6-party talk, but they will never give up the nuclear."
Governor Kim said on Nov. 1st, that he welcomed the returning of NK to the 6-party talk, but that he did not think NK would give up the nuclear that easy. Gov. Kim said at the Monthly Meeting of Kyonggi Province, "NK will accumulate more nuclear materials while keeping everybody on the edge. He will use his nuclear as a bargaining leverage toward the end of President Bush in office."

Kim was concerned about the recent investigation of the NK spy ring in South Korea. "We have a big problem in South Korea. We have NK spies working here in South Korea. They claim that NK and SK are one people, while ignoring the fact that we cannot become a country like NK."

Kim emphasized, "We have to change North Korea with our lives, where there is no freedom or democracy. Our goal is peace, reunification, freedom, democracy, prosperity, and happiness. Our goal is to become a fully developed country in this world."
